1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data processed through this website is Growingter LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Growingter", "we", "us").
For any question about this policy or about your data, write to hello@growingter.com.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, store URL, platform, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Email: if you write to us directly, your email address and the content of your message.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, the hosting server records technical information in its logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and date and time of the request.
We do not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels on this website. Fonts and the rest of the site's files are served from our own server, so no third party receives your visit.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To answer your message and, if you ask for it, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent, given in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse and attacks (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- If you become a client, to provide the services and meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you ask for them.
4. Who receives your data
- Formspree, Inc., the service that receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the website files and the server logs.
- The provider of our email service, which stores the messages we send and receive.
These providers act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
5. International transfers
Growingter LLC is registered in the United States, and some of the providers listed above process data there. When personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the safeguards in Chapter V GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the recipient's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where available.
6. How long we keep your data
- Messages and form submissions: for as long as we need to answer and follow up on your request. If no working relationship follows, we delete them once the conversation is closed.
- Client data: for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by law.
- Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider for security purposes.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@growingter.com. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before we act on the request.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the EU country where you live, work or where the alleged infringement took place.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
9. Minors
This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed at people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
